In 1981, I started, have built and continue to operate a successful law practice serving hundreds of clients. I have a broad array of experience having represented individuals in the simplest of their legal matters to the litigation of complex federal class action lawsuits. I now focus on the practice areas of:

Public Sector Practice of Law

 

Office of the Ohio Attorney General-Civil Rights Division.

From 1978 to 1981, I worked as an Assistant Ohio Attorney General representing the Ohio Civil Rights Commission litigating cases of employment discrimination.

 

Judicial

 

Village of Peninsula, Ohio – Magistrate (part time)
 

From 2005 until 2013, I was the Judicial Officer for the Village, presiding over its Mayor’s Court, hearing and deciding traffic and criminal cases within the jurisdiction of the Village.

 

I continue to remain certified as a Magistrate and serve other Mayor's Courts on a substitute basis.
